Question 1

What types of books do you publish?

Accepted Answer

Fiction, novels, non-fiction, memoir and biography, business and self-help, fantasy, poetry and children's picture books — in ebook, paperback, hardcover and audiobook formats.

Question 2

Do I retain ownership of my book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — always. You keep 100% of your rights and 100% of your royalties. We never take ownership of your intellectual property, and all files are delivered to you.

Question 3

How long does the process take?

Accepted Answer

Editing and publishing an existing manuscript typically takes 6–10 weeks. Writing a book from scratch usually takes 4–6 months. Your proposal includes a week-by-week timeline.

Question 4

How can I get started?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the form on our contact page or book a free consultation. A publishing strategist will review your project and reply within one business day.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every book is different, so we quote per project after a free consultation. Proposals are fixed-price with no hidden fees.

Question 6

Do you help with writing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our book-writing service pairs you with a professional writer who helps you outline, draft and revise. You can be as involved as you like.

Question 7

Do you offer ghostwriting?

Accepted Answer

We do. Ghostwriting projects are fully confidential and covered by an NDA. The published book carries your name only.

Question 8

I only have an idea. Is that enough?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many of our authors start with an idea and a few notes. Discovery sessions turn that into an outline and then a manuscript.

Question 9

Can you write in my voice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Voice-matching interviews make sure the book sounds like you — your phrasing, your humour and your perspective.

Question 10

Can you edit my existing manuscript?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We start with a manuscript assessment, then recommend the right level of editing — developmental, line, copyediting or proofreading.

Question 11

What's the difference between editing and proofreading?

Accepted Answer

Editing improves structure, clarity and style. Proofreading is the final check for typos and formatting errors on the typeset pages.

Question 12

Will editing change my voice?

Accepted Answer

No. Our editors clarify and strengthen your writing. Every change is tracked and yours to accept or reject.

Question 13

Do you design book covers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every cover is designed from scratch after genre and market research. You'll receive concepts, revisions, a full print wrap and promotional assets.

Question 14

Can you illustrate a children's book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We match you with an illustrator whose style suits your story, from character sketches to final full-colour spreads.

Question 15

Do you format the interior too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — professional typesetting for print and ebook, including chapter openers, typography and fixed-layout options for illustrated books.

Question 16

Where will my book be available?

Accepted Answer

Ebooks can be distributed to major online retailers, subscription services and library platforms. Print editions can be sold through online bookstores and print-on-demand networks.

Question 17

Do I need an ISBN?

Accepted Answer

Most print channels require one and some ebook channels do too. We'll advise and can arrange ISBNs registered in your name.

Question 18

Who receives the royalties?

Accepted Answer

You do. Retailer accounts are set up in your name so royalties are paid directly to you.

Question 19

Can I publish in print and ebook at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our authors launch in ebook and paperback together, often with hardcover and audiobook editions too.

Question 20

How does ebook publishing work?

Accepted Answer

We format your manuscript as a validated EPUB (reflowable or fixed-layout), prepare metadata and keywords, and publish it to major ebook storefronts and library platforms.

Question 21

What's the difference between reflowable and fixed-layout?

Accepted Answer

Reflowable ebooks adapt text to any screen and reader settings — ideal for novels and most non-fiction. Fixed-layout preserves exact page design for picture books and illustrated titles.

Question 22

Will my ebook work on phones and tablets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Files are tested on e-readers, tablets and phones, including night and sepia reading modes.

Question 23

Do you offer book marketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — launch strategy, advertising, review and advance-reader outreach, and author branding, with monthly reporting.

Question 24

Can you guarantee bestseller status?

Accepted Answer

No honest publisher can guarantee sales. We guarantee a professional, well-executed plan and transparent reporting on results.

Question 25

Can you market a book that's already published?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Backlist and self-published titles often benefit from a refreshed cover, new metadata and a relaunch campaign.
